Aimed at volunteers dedicated to citizen science actions and people involved in scientific work related to the marine environment (biology, oceanography, etc.), the 10th scientific diving course for volunteers will span from September 29th to October 25th, 2025. The event is organised by the Catalan Federation of Underwater Activities (FECDAS)

Participants will learn techniques for collecting information and scientific sampling. With this course, the expected goals are:

- Providing students with knowledge about Mediterranean marine flora, fauna, and ecology.
- Providing students with basic training in underwater sampling to collaborate in marine research projects requiring volunteers.
- Introducing to marine citizen science.

The practical sessions will be held at the Medes Islands, Fòrum, and the Barcelona Aquarium.
